OT³ Performance Coaching is a results-driven triathlon coaching service led by professional triathlete Ollie Turner, delivering personalised, evidence-based training for athletes committed to long-term progression.
Built on experience competing internationally across middle- and long-distance triathlon, OT³ blends elite-level insight with a practical, athlete-first approach. Every programme is designed with real-world demands in mind—balancing performance, consistency, and sustainability to ensure athletes arrive on the start line confident and prepared.
There are no generic templates. Each athlete receives a fully bespoke training plan tailored to their goals, lifestyle, training history, and individual physiology—whether that’s chasing age-group qualification, podium results, or meaningful personal improvement.
